NMLOKS is a program provides vision screenings to NM students Pre-K through 12th grade. A comprehensive eye examination and eyeglasses will be provided to students in need who does not have vision insurance that is identified by school Health Aide or Nurse. Please contact Health Office for Voucher process.

This program provides health related assistance while your student is at school. For more information, please stop in and see the School Nurse Aide.

Over the counter medication are not offered in the Health Office unless an Authorization is written as if an prescription for an medication is written by a Physician or Provider and also needs to have the Parents signature indicating permission.

Prescription Medications as always are allowed with parent/legal guardian and provider’s signature with directions. Container must be a new bottle from Pharmacy that is to be dropped off here at the school health office.
